If you're looking to return for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and address.

It will take 2 to 3 working days to receive your refund after the item is received by Dreamier Hair.
The customer will expend any shipping fees.
Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
Dreamier Hair will replace all items lost in transit. If goods are damaged in transit, the customer will expend the shipment cost, but Dreamier Hair will expend the cost of returning them to the customer.
